Order Issues
If I make a mistake (I am only human) and there are any issues with your order please contact me immediately upon reception so I can make it right for you! Returns/Refunds
All fabric is cut to order, directly from the bolt. All sales are final. Full moon fabric company does not accept returns. exchanges are made on a case-by-case basis and decided on by Full Moon Fabric Company. with that being said, If you are not satisfied with your order for whatever reason, please email within 7 days of reception.

Please note that colors can differ from screen to screen and all fabric images used are provided by the manufacturers. Any original images are edited to represent the truest likeness of the color and fabric, although it still may vary.
shipping
Domestic Shipping
domestic shipping is offered currently at a flat fee of $7. most often shipping expenses are around $8-$9. for any order in which the subtotal before tax and discounts is $70 or greater, shipping is free. orders are shipped primarily with usps and less frequently ups. tracking is always included for every shipped order.

Shipping to Canada
we are happy to offer shipping to Canadian customers! Since international shipping has gone up in price, we are happy to offer shipping to anywhere in Canada for a flat fee of $25. If the actual cost of shipping is less than $20, we will process a refund of the difference. the buyer is responsible of any and all customs duties, fees or taxes associated with the shipment.

Other International Shipping
we want everyone to have access to amazing fabric and notions! With this being said, we offer shipping to international customers on an individual basis. If you would like to place an order, please reach out directly to info@fullmoonfabric.com with the products you are interested in along with the shipping address and you will be quoted the exact amount for your order including shipping. If you would like to move forward, an invoice will be sent directly.
