The Moonbeam Quilt is my take on the timeless wedding ring quilt—a pattern I’ve been obsessed with for as long as I can remember. It always felt a little daunting to make (or even write!), so I wanted to create something fun, colorful, and way more approachable. The striped curves and bold shapes give it a fresh, modern vibe while still nodding to the classic design. The name “Moonbeam” is actually a nickname for my baby girl pup, Nora—just felt right to name this happy, glowing quilt after her! If you’re a confident beginner ready to try something new, Moonbeam might be just the ticket. I’ve rated it 3/5 for skill level and included full, template-based piecing instructions so you can glide through each curve.
